    The Alliance is seeking a virtual Ukrainian intern for the fall semester of 2021 to work on community engagement projects. The incumbent will work closely with officers of the organization to reach new audiences and engage current members for an upcoming major event in spring 2022. 

     

     

    This internship will provide training in data management and communications as well as the opportunity to build professional experience working with an American nonprofit organization. All work will be performed virtually through various platforms.

     

    Requirements:

    • Ukrainian student currently enrolled in an institute of higher education or have graduated within the past 3 years. 

    • English language proficiency of at least a level B2 by CEFR guidelines. 

    • Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and Gmail

    • Have regular access to a computer and high-speed internet

    • Available to work 2-3 hours per week 

    • Interested in nonprofit work

     

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate with group leaders on community engagement via email and social media

    • Help organize digital files in Google Drive

    • Enter and manage data in secure spreadsheets

    • Create graphic content for media campaigns

     

    Upon completion of the internship, the incumbent will receive a letter of recommendation signed by the mentor and the president of the organization.
